Archegyral Reflectors

Archegyral Reflectors enable you to identify the specific nature of the tensions that you are experiencing along the boundaries between your inner and outer worlds, and also the tensions that you may be experiencing between your inner world and the inner worlds of other people in a particular situation. By understanding the specific nature of the tensions you are encountering, you can ask questions and create conversations that enable you to resolve these tensions in a healthy and positive manner. You also give yourself a greater awareness of how these tensions can emerge, exist and evolve so that you can use them to work through challenging situations to create valuable outcomes, rather than just feeling as if events are happening to you and your colleagues.

Archegyral Aspects

Using Archegyral Reflectors is a straightforward process where you choose the self-perceptions from an Archegyral Identifier or Illuminator and then reflect these as Archegyral Aspects, which are the spatial relationships, expressed as geometric angles, that your Archegyral Aspects form with each other. Working with Archegyral Aspects enables you to see which of your self-perceptions are in alignment with each other and to identify those that may be causing a lot of tension because they are in opposition or at cross-purposes with each other. You can also see the self-perceptions that are broadly supportive of each other and those that are likely to motivate you into positive action to restore a healthy perceptual balance. The Archegyral Aspects are presented in a grid that illustrates the nature of specific tensions that you may be experiencing.

Self-Self Reflectors

To use the Person-Self Reflectors, you simply choose the results of one of your Archegyral Person Identifiers or Illuminators and also the results of one of your Archegyral Self Identifiers or Illuminators, and an Archegyral Aspect Person-Self grid will be created for you.

You can also use Person-Person Reflectors to explore any inherent tensions in the self-perceptions another person.

Perceptions and Perspectives

Working with an Archegyral Reflector enables you to move from potentially biased perceptions into wider and validated perspectives. The information supplied in an Archegyral Reflector Grid is not intended as a prescriptive judgement of how your connections are and how they were always be. Instead, an Archegyral Reflector Grid enables you to understand the nature of the tensions that you are experiencing along the boundaries between your inner and your outer world, and the inner and outer worlds of other people.
