About Archegyral

Archegyral provides tools and processes, which use the Archegyre, a multi-ontology perceptual framework for understanding human behaviour. The Archegyre was originated and developed by Ian McLaren Wallace, founder of Archegyral, as a pragmatic platform for working with the tensions that are encountered along the boundaries between inner and outer worlds.

 Archegyral Orienters

Archegyral Orienters are web tools and mobile apps that help you to orient your inner and your outer worlds in any particular situation, by becoming more aware of your self-perceptions and how these are reflected in your conscious and unconscious behaviours, as you work with the tensions along the boundaries between your inner and outer worlds.

Why Archegyral Is Different

Archegyral  processes and tools are different because they have been developed to actually engage with human nature and actively work with it, rather than simply trying to ignore it or prescribe idealised behaviours that must be conformed to.
We all live in two worlds, an inner world and an outer world. The biggest challenge in successfully working with human nature is working with the tensions that naturally emerge, exist and evolve along the boundaries between our inner and  our outer worlds.
By using the natural human Archegyral processes, it is now possible to healthily work with tension in a team and positively channel it into emotionally engaging outcomes that fully reflect the uniquely creative talents of individuals and organisations.

What Makes Archegyral Different

What makes Archegyral different is that the processes and tools have been developed from first principles in working with human nature, rather than being based on the more mechanistic approaches used in other methods.
The basis of this fundamentally different approach is in working with language and imagery that reveals, consciously and unconsciously, the nature of any tensions along the boundaries between inner and outer worlds.
By using the Archegyral tools and processes to work with the tensions that emerge, exist and evolve along the boundaries between your inner and outer worlds, you can actually turn your ideas and inspirations into tangible reality, so that you can make a valuable difference to the world around you.
